Number of students contact hours included in program
The Professional Coaching Program meets all training and mentor coach requirements for ICF Level 2 Accredited Coaching Education.
· 60 synchronous contact class hours
· 52 asynchronous learning hours
· 16 hours of Mentor Coaching
Asynchronous hours include a self-paced ICF Core Competencies reading from a resource that will be provided during our program. All learnings from asynchronous hours will be tested in a formal testing environment provided by our program. After you meet all necessary requirements the student will be credited 52 asynchronous learning hours.
Dates and locations of when and where the program is to be delivered
We are running several classes in parallel offer to our students a variety of opportunities to catch up with their own pace of learning. We pay attention to students’ attendance and secure that all lessons (both synchronous and asynchronous) are properly done and mastered.
Our program runs continuously and supports students’ work and attendance at any time without any wait. As soon as fulfill all the pre-requisite, you can start with the program and get on with achieving your desired professional milestone.
Language(s) that are used in program delivery
We are running our program in two languages, Serbian and English.
How the program is delivered?
We are offering to our students two methods of delivering the program, online or in-person. Students can choose between two of them, and also they can easily switch from one to another model within agreement with the Faculty. For the online program we are using Zoom for communication and Mural for collaboration.
Who are the intended participants of the Level 2 program?
This program is designed for everyone who wants to develop or improve their coaching competencies. Everyone who recognizes and desires to earn ICF ACC/PCC credentials will find value in this program.
Most of our students come from different industries, but also from a variety of leadership roles.
Requirements students must meet to enter the program
There are no pre-requisites to enroll our program. Everything student needs to be certified will learn during our classes.
