The game is a process that ignites creativity, both in a child and an adult person.<\/p>\n

If we „frame“ game in a precise and meaningful frame, a game could impact team spirit, trust within the team, better communication, a better understanding of aspirations other team members. There are so ma<\/p>\n

Igra je proces koji podsti\u010de kreativnost, kako deteta, tako i odrasle osobe.<\/p>\n

Ukoliko se igre \u201eoblikuju\u201c u precizne i svrsishodne okvire, one mogu itekako delovati na timski duh, poverenje unutar samog tima, bolju komunikaciju, bolje razumevanje afiniteta drugih \u010dlanova tima. Toliko je prednosti, da se samo od sebe name\u0107e pitanje, za\u0161to ih ne koristimo sada i odmah, u svakodnevnom radu?<\/p>\n

Mo\u017eda robujemo stereotipima da su igre za decu?<\/p>\n

Nismo svesni jo\u0161 uvek koliko su igre vredne za ja\u010danje tima?<\/p>\n

Svrha ovog \u010dlanka je da uka\u017eemo na to i pozovemo vas da po\u010dnete da se igrate, na poslu sa timom, i tako svaki provedeni dan na poslu u\u010dinite vrednim dolaska, kako za sebe tako i za svoj tim.<\/p>\n

Naravno, timske igre treba da imaju strukturu i \u017eeljeni ishod. Igrati se, samo radi zabave, mo\u017ee biti korisno za opu\u0161tanje, ali dovodi se u pitanje koliko se ona zaista mo\u017ee iskoristiti u poslovnom kontekstu.<\/p>\n

Sa druge strane, kada imamo dobro osmi\u0161ljenu timsku igru, sa jasnom strukturom i pravilima i jasno definisanim ishodom, igra postaje pravi \u201esuper lepak\u201c za povezivanje \u010dlanova tima.<\/p>\n

U pro\u0161lom blogu smo pisali o slikama, i kako jedna slika mo\u017ee re\u0107i vi\u0161e od 1000 re\u010di.<\/p>\n

Po analogiji sa tim, dobro osmi\u0161ljena igra sa jasnim ishodom mo\u017ee da nam ka\u017ee vi\u0161e od 1000 slika!<\/p>\n

Za\u0161to je to tako? Zato \u0161to nam igra daje dubinu, bavi se su\u0161tinom i na jedan sjajan na\u010din \u201eosve\u0161\u0107ava probleme\u201c kojih \u010dlanovi tima mo\u017eda nisu ni svesni.<\/p>\n

Kroz igru, \u010dlanovi tima, \u201epro\u017eivljavaju\u201c stvaran poslovni problem u jednom sigurnom okru\u017eenju, gde je gre\u0161ka dozvoljena i gde se iz gre\u0161ke u\u010di. Mo\u017eda mo\u017eemo snagu timske igre opisati kao snagu jedne basne. Iako su basne pri\u010de o \u017eivotinjama, koje nas izme\u0161taju u neki drugi, nadrealan svet, pouka je veoma realna i mo\u017ee se preslikati na ljudsko pona\u0161anje u svakom pogledu.<\/p>\n

Tako nas i igre izme\u0161taju u neki drugi svet, bavimo se naizgled imaginarnim stvarima, ali pouke su itekako realne i mogu se primeniti na svako poslovno okru\u017eenje.<\/p>\n

Ko jo\u0161 uvek razmi\u0161lja kako igre mogu uticati na tim i unapre\u0111enje poslovanja, mo\u017ee pro\u010ditati na\u0161\u00a0MYWV \u010dlanak<\/a>\u00a0i uveriti se u snagu timske igre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maybe we are stereotyping that games are for kids?<\/p>\n

Are we still unaware of how valuable the games are for strengthening the team?<\/p>\n

The purpose of this article is to point it out and invite you to start playing, at work with the team, and thus make every day you spend at work worth coming, both for yourself and your team.<\/p>\n

Of course, team games need to have the structure and the desired outcome. Playing, just for fun, can be useful for relaxation, but it does question how much it can really be used in a business context.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, when we have a well-designed team game, with a clear structure and rules and a clearly defined outcome, the game becomes a real „super glue“ to connect team members.<\/p>\n

In the last blog, we wrote about pictures, and how one picture can say more than 1000 words.<\/p>\n

By analogy, a well-designed game with a clear outcome can tell us more than 1000 images!<\/p>\n

Why is it so? Because the game gives us depth, it deals with the essentials and in one great way „makes us aware of problems“ that team members may not even be aware of.<\/p>\n

Through the game, team members „relive“ a real business problem in a secure environment, where the mistake is allowed and where we learn from it. Maybe we can describe the power of team play as the power of a fable. Although fable animal stories that move us to another, a surreal world, the lesson is very real and can be mapped to human behavior in every way.<\/p>\n

So games are moving us to another world, dealing with seemingly unimportant things, but the lessons are very real and can be applied to any business environment.<\/p>\n
