The program was very comprehensive and well-structured. It included all the necessary readings, extra resources, essay writing, cross-readings, tests for each topic, and a lot of practice both during live sessions and on our own. The whole course was based on peer-to-peer learning, which I really enjoyed and found very effective. We also had some fun games and interactive activities from time to time, which made the learning process even more engaging. Honestly, I did not expect the course to be this detailed and high-quality, so I was very pleasantly surprised. I now feel much more confident about starting my coaching career, and a big part of that is thanks to Srjan’s support and guidance throughout the whole process.

I attended both ACC and PCC levels of coaching at CET with Srđan as my mentor and what amazed me the most is, not just the fact how transformative that journey was, but as well how fast we all got to the professional level with his guidance. /When I look back, I knew almost nothing about professional coaching when I started in July 2024 and my first recorded coaching session was not exactly successful. Now, 8 months later, not only that my way of work has changed, but my way of thinking as well./ I highly reccomend Srđan and his program for all those who are interested in coaching, because he is a very experienced coach and mentor who will selflessly share his knowledge, while really paying attention to each participant needs and making his courses a unique experience for everyone.

Overall, the program provides a strong foundation for further personal growth in coaching. I would highlight several things as particularly useful: - Srđan’s verbal advice on which sentence structures to avoid and which ones to use, and, in general, some of the advice from Mentoring Day has really stayed with me. - The feedback on my first session was extremely important to me. Also, the stories about previous participants and listening to recordings of their sessions were very interesting and memorable. We were given high-quality and diverse materials throughout the program, and we simply need to continue working with them independently. During the program and through the Thursday learning sessions with my colleagues, I felt much more confident and brave. I can say that I truly enjoy being among people who know something about coaching and who want to learn more about it.

I attended the ICF ACC course delivered by Srđan Pavlović and highly recommend them to anyone interested in professional coaching, especially those in Agile roles.
