    ACTC accreditation requirements​

    To pursue the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) through our program, you’ll need to:

    • Hold a current ICF credential at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level
    • Complete our ICF-accredited Team Coaching education program
    • Accumulate and document at least 60 hours of team coaching experience within the last five years
    • Submit two recorded team coaching sessions (with transcripts) that demonstrate the ICF Team Coaching Competencies
    • Pass the ICF’s ACTC Credentialing Exam

    Our program has everything you need to become an ICF-accredited team coach. Once you’ve completed the program, we’re authorized to support your credentialing process, making it easier to achieve an ACTC certificate.

    Team coaching involves partnering with an entire team to enhance its collective performance, cohesion, and goal achievement. Unlike individual coaching, which focuses on one person’s development, team coaching addresses group dynamics, relationships, and interactions to optimize overall effectiveness.​

    You do not need any previous experience to join our program. Only if you want to become an ICF-certified team coach, you must already hold an ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC). The program includes 60 hours of education, 5 hours of supervision, and support for the team coaching engagements required by the ACTC standard pathway.

    You will earn the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) upon completing the ICF Team Coaching Program. This certification recognizes your advanced knowledge, skills, and competence in the specialized discipline of team coaching.

    The cost depends on which payment option you choose. We offer payment plans and installment options to help make the program more accessible.
    You can pay €1,950 in a single payment, or choose a four-payment installment plan of €550 each, totaling €2,200. The ICF application fee is separate: $200 for members or $300 for non-members. There are no hidden costs.

    The program takes about 4 hours per week for 9 weeks. Live sessions are on Fridays at 5 pm CET, so you can easily fit them around your current coaching practice.
