The ACS CF certification training was absolutely amazing, I loved it! It was extremely educational and thought-provoking, and gave us the tools, techniques, and tips to upgrade our abilities to effectively facilitate groups or teams toward co-created and meaningful outcomes—a core agile coaching competency. We did a deep dive of in-demand skills and techniques to explore and expand the mindset of a facilitator. This training was remote live, immersive facilitation training, and it was definitely worth the investment and time. I highly recommend it for anyone on their agile journey.

Fantastic 2-day course, Srdjan is a great trainer. The course was well paced, there was a good balance of input and exercises. Also the mix of materials used helped keep attention focused. Certified Agile Facilitator is one of the newer certifications and a well thought out course. The two days provided a great experience with a small classroom size so we could dig deep into the subject and easily share knowledge. Srdjan provided a very good flow to the class material and provided an enormous amount of resources for future consideration in a Mural board that we'll always be able to refer back to in the future. Best part about the class is Srdjan is willing to host these on a monthly basis over the weekend which allows me to put it into my schedule.

You also come out of this with some tools to use for your self-awareness and year forward planning. Take his class. Excellent trainer and good value for money
I have been in Agile Product Owner, CSM/Agile Deliver Manager, and Agile coaching roles for over a decade and I really wasn't sure what I would get from this course when I signed up. Turns out having all of that experience really helped me a ton to understand the material as I typically had a story and context to go along with each thing we discussed. While my classmate had less experience, she also had some really great things to bring to the discussion and it helped having the variety of experience levels. And yes, I did say, "classmate" singular. Srdjan's coaching business, unlike other coaching companies I have read reviews on, does not have a minimum number of students. He is a man of his word and you will get great communication, a great price, and at the time and dates you requested. No last-minute surprises or issues like I read about in reviews of other coaching companies. But what is most impressive is his skill as an instructor. Srdjan has worked with so many companies to do Agile transformations. A true veteran with many great stories to share, he really ads value to the material through his personal experiences. I appreciated how he laid out the two days, how he managed the class (even making it fun when we needed a pick me up), and how he catered to our specific needs to tailor the class to exactly what we wanted to focus on while not skipping any areas. I would 100% spend my own personal money to take another class from Srdjan again and will certainly be recommending him and this class to others.
Srdjan was awesome! The course was a great mix of instructional mediums. There was an equal balance of videos, reading materials, discussion time, reflection, and using practical frameworks that can help guide our leadership practice. The pace was very good and Srdjan created a psychologically safe environment that allowed all participants to express themselves vulnerably and openly.
