Coaching Month 2026 is a global initiative by Coaching Expert Team (CET) that gives professionals direct access to certified, experienced coaches — completely free of charge.

Every August, our CET-certified coaches dedicate their time to working with individuals who want to make progress: on their career, their leadership, their team challenges, or their next big decision. No upsells. No follow-up pressure. Just a focused, professional coaching conversation designed around you.

Yes. No credit card. No commitment. No follow-up sales pitch. The session is a gift from our coaches to the professional community.

Just a topic you’d like to think through — a challenge, a decision, a goal, or even a question you’ve been sitting with. Your coach will guide the conversation from there.

Nothing obligatory. If you’d like to continue working with your coach, you can discuss that together. But there is no expectation or pressure to do so.

All coaches on the Connector platform are certified through Coaching Expert Team’s ICF-accredited program. Many hold ICF ACC or PCC credentials and bring years of professional experience from senior corporate, consulting, and organizational roles.

Each slot is booked individually. If you’d like to offer this to multiple team members, simply share the Connector link — each person can browse and book their own session directly.

Slots are limited and filling up. We recommend browsing early. New slots may open as coaches update their availability throughout August.

This Level 1 coaching program is designed for professionals who want more than just a certification – it’s for those ready to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. While it aligns with the highest standards required for the ACC credential, its value lies in the leadership capabilities you’ll develop.

By the end of the course, you won’t just be eligible to apply for Associate Certified Coach (ACC) status – you’ll be prepared to lead more effectively, coach confidently, and create measurable impact.

Our Level 1 program offers a clear and accessible path toward becoming an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Designed to simplify your certification journey, it combines structured learning with hands-on experience to ensure you confidently meet all ICF requirements.

ICF Level 1 Program structure

Once you’ve completed the program, we’re authorized to support your credentialing process, making it easier to achieve an ACC certificate.

Program includes:

64 hours of coaching education

10 hours of mentor coaching with an ICF Master Certified Coach

Performance evaluation

Mentoring sessions

As a part of our ICF Level 1 (ACC) program, you’ll get:

10 mentoring sessions (3 individual and 7 group), guided by an ICF Mentor and an ICF Master Certified Coach

Personalized feedback on your coaching recordings to improve your coaching skills

Understanding of the ICF minimum skills requirements expected to achieve the ICF ACC certification

Deep understanding of ICF Code of Ethics, ACC markers, and ICF Core Competencies
