What is our ICF Team Coaching program about?
Our Team Coaching program is designed for experienced coaches and professionals ready to expand their impact by working with entire teams. Built to meet all ICF requirements for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), this program combines advanced education with hands-on team coaching practice to equip you with the skills to navigate group dynamics, foster collaboration, and drive collective performance.
You’ll move beyond individual coaching developing your ability to:
- Create and maintain a psychologically safe environment for teams
- Apply systems thinking to understand team dynamics and relationships
- Leverage team strengths and address barriers to effectiveness
- Facilitate learning, growth, and accountability at the team level
Lead with a coaching mindset and support teams in achieving their goals and navigating complex situations effectively.
By the end of the course, you won’t just be eligible to apply for Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) status – you’ll be prepared to lead more effectively, coach confidently, and create measurable impact.
ICF Advanced Certified Team Coaching Program structure:
Once you’ve completed the program, we’re authorized to support your credentialing process, making it easier to achieve a ACTC certificate.
Program includes:
- 60 hours of coaching education
- 5 hours of supervisor coaching with a certified supervisor
- Performance evaluation
Supervisor sessions:
As a part of our ICF ACTC program, you’ll get:
- 5 supervisor sessions guided by a certified supervisor
- Personalized feedback on your coaching recordings to improve your coaching skills
- Understanding of the ICF minimum skills requirements expected to achieve the ICF ACTC certification
- Deep understanding of ICF Code of Ethics, ACTC markers, and ICF Core Competencies

ACTC accreditation requirements
To pursue the ICF Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) certification via our ACTC pathway, you’ll need to:
- Hold a current ICF credential at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level
- Complete our ICF-accredited Team Coaching education program
- Accumulate and document at least 60 hours of team coaching experience within the last five years
- Submit two recorded team coaching sessions (with transcripts) that demonstrate the ICF Team Coaching Competencies
- Pass the ICF’s ACTC Credentialing Exam
