What is our ICF Level 2 program about?
Our Level 2 coaching program is built for experienced coaches and professionals ready to elevate their practice to a new mastery standard. Designed to meet all ICF requirements for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, this program blends rigorous training with deep personal and professional growth.
You’ll go beyond the basics, refining your ability to:

Our Level 2 program offers a clear and accessible path toward becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Designed to simplify your certification journey, it combines structured learning with hands-on experience to ensure you confidently meet all ICF requirements.
ICF Level 2 Program structure:
Once you’ve completed the program, we’re authorized to support your credentialing process, making it easier to achieve a PCC certificate.
Program includes:
- 64 hours of coaching education
- 10 hours of mentor coaching with an ICF Master Certified Coach
- Performance evaluation
Mentoring sessions:
As a part of our ICF Level 2 (PCC) program, you’ll get:
- 10 mentoring sessions (3 individual and 7 group), guided by an ICF Mentor and an ICF Master Certified Coach
- Personalized feedback on your coaching recordings to improve your coaching skills
- Understanding of the ICF minimum skills requirements expected to achieve the ICF PCC certification
- Deep understanding of ICF Code of Ethics, PCC markers, and ICF Core Competencies

PCC accreditation requirements
To pursue the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification via our Level 2 pathway, you’ll need to:
- Complete our Level 2 training program
- Accumulate and document at least 500 coaching hours, beginning from the start of your ACC course
- Submit a recorded coaching session with a written transcript that reflects PCC-level competencies
- Pay the ICF exam fee
- Pass the ICF’s New Credentialing Exam
